Well my name is Jacqueline and I am 16 years old. And want to lose a whole lotta fat before I graduate high school and I also want to be healthy and not be all sweaty and huffing and puffing when I walk up some stairs at school (lol).
So I have heard grate things on here from other websites and decided to start losing weight.
Good for you on wanting to be healthy. I wish I would of found something that worked for me when I was 16. But it is never too late. I finally know that the only way for me is calorie counting, healthy eating and exercise. I also know there is no going on a diet and then off. This change is for life. 99% of this for me has been in my head. Once I got it in my head the rest has followed. I wish for you great health.
Congrats on your efforts to live healthier. You are so smart to do it NOW at a young age, instead of waiting till you're much older and the extra weight leads to diabetes, sore knees & hips, and other bad health things

I'm excited about this cleansing program its called ******** and lost a total of 19inches off my body in like 9 days and only exercised once or twice out of that whole week lol. So I'm going to do that, Yoga for fatties, and go to the gym with my dad everyday and walk! I heard that being over weight can cause cancer and my grandmother died for cancer so...i thought it would be best if I get it down and over with. =P
