Here I go again.
Hey everyone, Im not new to this, I used to be a member of the community, I lost computer access but continuted to lose weight, I lost a total of 70lbs, then....yea I got into a TERRIBLE relationship, and gained about 40 of it back, so Im still down 30 but nowhere where I want to be.
I am now trying to be real with myself and determine what my real problems are, I do have compulsive issues, and I tend to only over eat late at night after my BF has left for work, and now I have a new job as a receptionist meaning I sit on my butt all day.....so anyway, Im back and Im ready to give this a try again... I am tired of making excuses for myself to be unhealthy. So anyone have any suggestions or tips....I am especially open to tips on how to try to control my night time compulsiveness
