Hello. I am excited to join the community and look forward to getting to know you all a little better.
I am 5'2" and weigh 180 pounds. I will be starting my new "lifestyle" tomorrow and am nervous about failing. I have been successful with the weight watchers plan before but have fallen off the bandwagon one too many times.
I wasn't always overweight. My problems with my weight began after the birth of my twins 11.5 years ago. Every time I look at myself in the mirror I don't recognize the person I see looking back at me...
My plan is to go back on weight watchers and to exercise at least 3 times per week. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
