Hey everyone, just wanted to say hello!!!!! I'm new to this site, but certainly not to proper diet and exercise!! I was at my lowest weight (approx 120) last year before I got pregnant, and gained approx 40 pounds--and it WON'T come off! I used to run and do lots of weight lifting and fitness videos (primarily SI6 and TJ) in the past, too. Gonna get back on the ol' fitness horse!!! Thanks to everyone for the support!!!!!!
