Default New member in Maine, intro.
Hi everyone! I just rediscovered this site after a very brief time here about a year ago.

I'm now 36, still 5'9", and no longer want to focus on the numbers that are my weight but rather my overall wellness. Though I do like having the trackers in my signature that show how much I have lost and where I need to go. That is certainly one way to stay motivated.

I'm really happy to be back here and looking forward to making friends, supporting and being supported, and getting healthier!

Welcome, Jen!! - I'm from Maine, too. I signed up in April but didn't start reading/posting (and dieting!) until early July. I have found the people and information here a tremendous help. You will, too!
