My name is Emily, I'm 15. and I am aiming to loose some extra pounds.
I weight 115 and I am 5'4"
I want to make it to a healthy 107.
I am planning on taking in 1200 calories minimum and 1300 at most on weekends.
No more ice cream at all. (That being the all the junk I have.)
So sorry DQ looks like you don't have a customer for your Blizzards with pb cup!

But anywho, with me only having to loose a good 8 pounds, I am confident that this can happen quickly.
