I'm new to 3FC, but not at all new to dieting. I've struggled with my weight for years, and am currently in need of some great support! About 6 years ago, I joined Weight Watchers when I stepped on the scale and saw the biggest number of my life...193! I lost 54 pounds over the next year using WW, getting down to 139. I kept it off (give or take 6-8 pounds) up until about two years ago. Now I'm up to 173 (despite finishing my first marathon in May

), and would like to get back down to 145. I'd like to try to do this without WW. I currently use Fit Day to track my calories (goal 1700-1800/day) and workouts (I run 3-4 times a week). Thanks for being here and for your support!
