Default New with IR
Howdy I'm new here....duh. I'm on this site because I just found out I'm insulin resistant and I thrive on information. I'm probably going to be put on Met as soon as I meet with my doc. I have a few goals to obtain this year. My first is to get pregnant. I know that's the opposite of loosing weight but that's where the IR fits into my life. My secondary goal is to loose 62 pounds. I need someone to cheer me on and motivate me. Any volunteers?

Welcome aboard! There's a Diabetic sub board on here somewhere- lots of great folks on that board. They can give you lots of tips and help, I am sure. I've been perusing the board lately, as my doctor suspects that I either have Diabetes or that I'm very close to having it.
