I'm so glad to have found such an amazing, supportive group of women. This is only my first post, yet I have felt your encouragement as I begin my journey. Thanks for that.

Currently, I weigh 191 pounds. My highest was somewhere between 210 and 220. I'm not quite sure because I avoided scales at all costs. When I began my most recent attempt at losing weight, I was 206 pounds. So, in about two months, I've lost 15 pounds! And that was with no support behind me. Imagine what I can do now that I've found this forum!!
