Hi all, I've never posted to a website-ever! I live in Seattle and I'm 43 and tired of being shocked each time I see my 195lb image in a picture, mirror or shopping window! I've managed to keep baby weight on after 3 children in my late thirty's and then some. I credit stress and putting myself last but I've decided to focus on health and myself for awhile. I hope to figure out how to use this site for support. I just stumbled upon it when I was researching the "*******" diet.

Hi welcome to this wonderful community, I must say I think you will really enjoy everything this site has to offer. Like you I am also new as of 7-4-07 but I have looked at this site everyday since that day and it is really good motivation. Everyone here is working toward a common goal.
