Hey all, I've been browsing the boards for a couple years.. but never posted much.. I forgot my old name so here I am with a new one
Im 21 almost 22 and soon to be a junior in college.. I drink
and eat
way too much and I never exercise
... but I am going to try my hardest
I know I can do it if I develop the habit.. I've got plenty of time with it being summer and all. I hope I can make checking these boards a habit too because I need the support! My long term goal is the weight I was in highschool ~ 135
