Talking Just Beginning

Hey everyone,
I am new here! I came across this website when I was searching for information on SI6... I was skeptical to join but my husband said, 'go for it! You will never know if you don't try!' So here I am. I ordered SI6 about a week ago and received it in the mail today! YEAH
I am starting it tomorrow... I am ready to get my butt moving!!! If anyone has any suggestions as I begin my journey, they are welcomed
Have a great week everybody!

SI6 stands for Slim in 6. It is a workout program that is supposed to slim and firm you up within 6 weeks. It uses slimming technology?! Yeah I read a lot of good things about it so I ordered it. I didnt order the supplements just the program. I am on day 2 and can feel it starting to take effect. If I didnt have such a big appetite, I could see my results after 6 weeks being exceptional! I just dont feel full lately, and I am hungry all the time!!! Any ideas how to rid myself of that?

Welcome to both of the newbies! As for how to "break" being hungry all the time -- in my opinion the way to break that is to get into the habit of eating healthfully and excercising. Don't give in to the "feed me" every time your body begs you to. Eat fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats, etc.... and avoid processed foods and sodas AND artificial sweeteners and chemicals. After about three months the cravings will begin to get better AND you will even find yourself craving veggies. Yah I know hard to believe. Getting started is the hard part, and sounds as if you are on your way!
