Welcome to both of the newbies! As for how to "break" being hungry all the time -- in my opinion the way to break that is to get into the habit of eating healthfully and excercising. Don't give in to the "feed me" every time your body begs you to.

Eat fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats, etc.... and avoid processed foods and sodas AND artificial sweeteners and chemicals. After about three months the cravings will begin to get better AND you will even find yourself craving veggies. Yah I know hard to believe.

Getting started is the hard part, and sounds as if you are on your way!
