Hi fellow chickies!

I have taken a big step today and made the decision to get SERIOUS about losing this extra baggage. My weight today is 291, and I've set a goal of 160.
I will do this with the help of Metabolic Research Center, Inc.

I am a 47 year old wife and mother of 2 teenage sons. I am an R.N. and also a student. I will graduate in December with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. My life is very hectic, but happy. The only obstacle I haven't been able to overcome in my adult life is my weight. I have a long history of yo-yo dieting--lose 20, gain back 30, etc. I have some health issues that really require that I lost this weight, but it's still so hard. My husband and I love to cook and eat out together. Our recreation revolves around food.

I hope to get to know you all a little better over the next months!
