Hello

  • Hello everyone my name is Lawrence. I have been "changing my eating habits for almost a year now" I started right after the 4th of July last year. I got down to 187 as my lowest and have gained some of it back. Most of which is muscle. I still feel I can get down to 180 if I try even harder.

    I was nervous about online group support so I hope I picked the right place. Thanks.

    Congratulations on your losses so far! Its such a huge accomplishment.
