I'm new to this forum.
Not new to forums in general.
I belong to a very large Dave Matthews Community.

I've decided that I'm getting bigger and I really dislike it.

I was googling around about a certain weightloss program and ended up reading this forum.

I thought chatting with other people losing weight would keep me on track to losing weight. I'm a very confident person and I'm fine in my body, but I would like to look better for myself. I've use to train young women when I was back in High School, so I know a lot about fitness and things to do but it is always nice to hear what other people are doing
