Hey! My name is Lilly, I am 22 years old and a nurse in Pittsburgh, PA. I am currently 5'3" and 132.5 lbs. I know it might not seem like alot to some people but I am very uncomfotable at this weight and would like to lose about 15 lbs to make me feel better about myself. I suffer from binge eating, (esp around my period) and emotional eating. Sometimes I will consume thousands of calories in one or two hours and then feel completely horrible about myself afterwards. My strategy is to count calories and fat grams, and walk an hour per day. I am aiming for 20-30 fat grams a day and 1200-1500 cals a day. Let me know what you think of my plan, and I am always open to advice and constructive criticism. Everyone at this site seems very supportive and I look froward to chatting with everyone.
