it means about 2kg week.
If anyone is doing a diet thats aiming around the same finale waight as me or who is going to finish there diet same time as me or has just started would love to here from them I want support there because failure now is not an opption allways going to think possitive.

2 kgs is a lot !! Doesnt 2 kgs work out at about 4 lbs a week?!? this is quite a lot, i dont want you dissapointing yourself if you dont reach the difficult goals youve set yourself
