I've been a member for awhile, but seriously fell off the healthy living wagon.
I'm back now with a vengence and ready to loose some weight. I'm at 246 which is the highest I've ever been in my life. No excuse for it other than I like to eat.
I do have PCOS and IR and have been re-reading the IR diet book and am committed to following it again. I've recently gotten my treadmill so I can start using it.
Are there any PCOS or IR diet groups that I could join??
