Hi everyone! I'm new to 3FC, but not new to the wonderful world of dieting.
I'm doing the Beck Diet Solution, and loving it so far. I've been using the You on a Diet as my diet of choice, but I'm barely losing. I'm considering switching to another diet (still using the Beck Diet Solution, which just offers cognitive behavior prompts to help with whatever diet you choose). I like eating mostly natural foods, and have recently started drinking wine. I thought that the Sonoma Diet looked great, but most of the recipes are for a lot of people, and I'm usually just cooking for myself (DH usually has white pasta with a cheesy, creamy sauce for dinner...not on any weight-loss plan I've seen!). I'd love any ideas--thanks!
Meredith
edited to add: I forgot to mention that I can't eat salad--I've got ulcerative colitis and need to avoid lettuce (anything more than you'd put on a sandwich).
