Smile Hi I'm new to 3FC
Hi everybody,

I just wanted to say hi to everyone. This is my first time at 3FC. I need to lose a lot of weight, but my goals aren't over the top. I don't expect to lose all the weight right away and I know it's not going to be easy. I've tried dieting and stuff before but always lose motivation. It's hard when you don't have anyone to talk to about it. That's why I'm here. I know I can do it this time.

Look around, find a spot that seems to fit well with your goals, and get posting! This is a great tool for support, but like any other tool, it only works if you use it....so use us!

HI Shannie,

I just wanted to say hello, I just joined yesterday..and it's hilarious to me how many things we have in common...Our start weight is about the same, as is our goal weight...we are both from canada, both going to school for the same thing(social work) and around the same age..I am 23 turning 24..

I think this site is absolutely amazing..even after one day I feel supported and motivated...

You are not alone...and there are even freaky people like me out there who you don't know but may have alot in common with..
