Well, I just found this website while doing a google search. Here's alittle bit about myself! =)
I am 25, mother of 2 boys ages 2 and 5. I was in the army for 4 years as a medic, and was in decent shape up until I had my first son in 2002. I never really lost all of my "baby fat" until 2003 when I started dancing everyday for 1-2 hours at a time. I was at about 165 before I started dancing, and dropped down to 140 within 2 months. I got pregnant with my second son in early 2004, and shot back up to 180 during the pregnancy. I dropped some of the pregnancy weight and haven't lost anything else since, staying steady at 165-170ish. I am now out of the army, which isn't helping my motivation, and I enjoy sleeping (maybe I am anemic!), and I spend alot of time on the computer.
Currently I want to lose 35 pounds, and also tone my arms, legs and stomach. I was considering a tummy tuck at one point, but now I firmly believe that I can lose the fat I have around my stomach with a diet. Motivation to actually exercise seems to be my big trip-up. I also have the tendecy to either a) not eat anything/drinking no water, or b) binge on fast food/ice cream. I am trying to catch my eating habits and change them slowly to more healthy ones.
I enjoy dancing, but I am terribly out of shape right now, and can barely dance for 5 minutes without getting winded.
Hope I can meet my fitness/weight loss goals by December! =)
