I started my diet three weeks ago.
I changed my lifestyle. I am a vegetarian now. This type of diet has been the easiest for myself and I never feel hungry. My body feels 10X better. I also joined a gym and go Mondays, Wednsdays, Fridays, and Sundays. I never realized how much fun it is to exercise. My boyfriend joined with me and we take turns doing 10 REPS on different machines. It's fun and I get alittle competitive. I joined this forum for any help, tips, or support. Maybe I can even help someone else! It's been difficult and I know how lonely this can get.
