Hi, I new here. Hello to everyone. I'm just a former "never had a weight problem girl who has gained 30lbs over the past two years from working a horrible schedule at my ad agency and never getting out of work in time to go to the gym and eating ****e when they order take out.
Sadly it was my wardrobe that motivated me to final take the plunge. I can't fit any of my clothes any more and I refuse to buy a new wardrobe.
So her we go!! I'm on my second week of SB and so far so good.
