Hello all...I'm another newbie. No real story to tell...I just love food and HATE exercising. I have always been heavy, but have gained quite a bit recently and I really don't like how I look or feel. I've stopped and started weight loss programs numerous times over the years, but reading your posts today has really motivated me to get off my tail and take control. Hopefully, I will have some good news to report in the near future. This is going to be tough, my goal is going to require a lot of willpower and determination...but I know I can do it.
