Hi everyone. I just found this site the other day and thought it was really cool. I reached my goal one year ago. I lost 30 pounds!! It took me seven months using the Weight Watchers online program. I've found that maintaining is really tough, and I hope this website will help me. I have gone up and down within 5lbs. of my goal weight which I don't think is too bad. I tell everyone that asks how I do it that it's just like an alcohlic....One Day at a Time. I'm looking forward to hearing from some fellow food addicts.
