I have been looking around this site for several days and decided to get on board and join in! I just started Weight Watchers (again) on Monday. I weigh more than I ever have in my life, and I want to do something about it! I hope I can get inspiration from those of you who have already gotten on the way to you goal.
Hello 2 roads! You and I are at similar starting points. I got on the scale last week and just about choked when I saw those neon red letters shining up at me!! I then started on my own, too expensive to go to WW again right now, keeping track of my points and calories. That all started last week and I'm already down by 6 pounds! I've done WW before and found it helpful- how about you? I also just started chatting here last week after reading about it in a magazine. Good luck to you!
