I am finally jumping back on the band wagon of weight loss. I was doing so well, and then I got sick and the weight kicked back on. So I am trying to get it off again. But in truth, I was never a healthy weight loser, but this time I have made healthy life changes and am trying to do it right. I walk 2 miles everyday, and eat about 1200 cals a day. But now my only concern is that for the last 3 days, the scale is a stand still. SO anywho, thats my little into, its time for my feet to be hittin the pavement!!
