You're right! The point is to eat less and move more. The trick at my house, is keeping the 'good stuff' around longer than one meal

If I find a great sale on yogurt and bring home 20, they're gone by the next day, and if I'm lucky, I'll get two, and my poor dh rarely gets any..Buying fruit is like that as well. Everybody LOVES the good stuff

But they do sometimes BEG to have fruit for lunch instead of something else, so I guess I'll just take my lumps and be happy.
