Howdy everyone!
Hi everyone, my name is Jill. I'm 27, married with an almost 3 year old daughter named Shelby.
I've tried just about every diet that exists. Had decent success with both South Beach and Weight Watchers, but ended up derailing from both of those. I am re-committed though, to Weight Watchers. I like that it is flexible and I can find something to eat no matter where I go. I also like that there are the 35 flex points so that I can splurge a little now and then.
I also go to Curves as of a couple weeks ago. So far I like it a lot and am happy I've become more active.
My motivation: long term: I want to be healthy and energized. (And of course lose weight, build muscle and look good)
Short term: (And more exciting) I have FINALLY talked my hubby into going on a cruise next summer. We are doing a 9-day in the Caribbean and I can't wait, but I want to be able to show my body off a little bit!!!!
