Another newbie, must admit I tend to be more a lurker then a poster! I have joined this group as sometimes I just need that extra input. I love to see what others are doing to meet their goals and make this journey "fun" rather than a chore. So far the biggest help to me since I began this journey a month ago has been keeping a journal of my intake. It's not that I didn't realize what I was eating it is more holding me accountable for everything I put in my mouth, "do you really want to log that?"
