Hi, I'm new! My name is Melissa or Lissa... whatever is fine. I've committed several times to doing something about my weight, but I'm finally ready to make this a life change not just until I reach a goal.

Over the past year my husband and I have been ttc baby #2 with much difficulty. On top of a few other things my weight seems to be causing complications with my ovualtion. Even if I were to use fertility drugs to control ovulation, I fear the pregnancy would be filled with complications and I just wouldn't feel 100% at my best to take care of two children later.

I'm currently between 215 and 210 my goal is to reach 160.

i am chocco and i am new here to . i hope to see you around again
i also have finally commited to changing my lifestyle . i have young children and i do not want to wake up 20 yrs from now thinking wow i havn't done anything with my kids because i am always too tired to play with them . i want to be the mom that is able to play and keep up with her kids . so here i go .

i hope you are able to get number 2 on the way soon . luckily even weighing 260 lbs at 5' tall i was still able to conceive my 2nd child . good luck see you around

Welcome fellow Michigan resident! I know how you feel - having committed several times to lose weight only to fall off the band wagon a few weeks later... I too want to make this a permanent life change, but it's so hard when I love chocolate and pizza Good luck with your weight loss!
