Hello everyone
I'm here because I've spent most of my over-21 life hiding under a rock, pretending I wasn't gaining weight. But its time to stop hiding and face the truth

I just hit the 200 pound mark, and its got me down. My husband needs to lose weight, too.
I just checked out the book "You: On A Diet" from my local library, and I'm enjoying reading and learning from it.
Oh, and good luck to everyone out there. I hope we can all achieve our goals!
