Lurking no more!
After many months lurking (mostly in the goals and exercise forums), I’m hoping actually joining the conversations rather than eavesdropping will help motivate me. I’ve spent the last year losing around a hundred pounds and getting fit. I want to lose some more weight, find new ways to stay active, and to work out a plan for keeping the weight off and the exercise consistent.
Thanks to all of you who motivated me when I was lurking – this is a great site!
