Hello everyone!
Hello everyone! My name is Sheena and I just found this site today. One thing that immediately stuck out to me is that it isn't diet exclusive. I like that, despite the fact that I am a lowcarber. I am 27 years old from Alabama. I have dieted pretty much all my life. Well, since I was 13 anyways. That first journey I ended up 100lbs and a size 5. Just about right for my age and height. Since then I have been up and down with my weight. Why? Because I always considered myself a slave to constant dieting. So what is different this time? The main this is that I no longer consider myself on a "diet". I have just changed the way I eat. For a while I didn't get that it wasn't how much I was eating, but WHAT I was eating. Now, I am attacking my weight and weight loss plan with a total different way of thinking and this time I KNOW I will be successful. It has taken me a LONG time to get here to this way of thinking. I have a very long road ahead of me, which I sure will have many bumps. So, I'm glad to have found this particular website because I am certain that I am going to get lots of wonderful support. So far I am down 13 pounds. Definately can't complain about that lol.
