Just thought I would introduce myself. I'm 29 and have been having a hard time with my weight as long as I can remember. I actually went down to 153 but started backsliding so I hope I can find some support here.

I started my weightloss journey by going to a few weight watchers meetings. While the format/eating plans weren't really my style what I learned about portions was amazing. I kind of went off on my own and watched my calories and tried to eat healthier natural food. Oh and a lot of exercise!
