My name is Narkai, and I am new to the forum. I have decided that it is time forme to really loose the weight and keep it off.

I'm new! We've done the FS detox before and loved how it made us feel. We are beginning again and I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds! My husband is looking to lose 25.
