Hi everybody,
I'm new to the whole weight-loss forum thing, but I think that having a support net might be the push I need to really succeed in losing my final 39 pounds! I lost about 60 pounds (from 200-140) two summers ago, then quit smoking cigarettes and gained back about 30 pounds, bringing me to 175. I want to feel slim and healthy again so I have been working out and eating healthfully. It's been a challenge changing my diet recently because I am living with my 6'0 150 lb. boyfriend who likes to (and is able to) eat anything he wants. Fortunately, he has been really supportive and actually we are both on the diet together now

I call it a live-it and not a diet because I am trying to make healthy life choices, not short-term things to make me drop some lbs for swimsuit season. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself.
