Default Introducing myself

Hi I am Linda and I am from NC. I was referred to this site by a friend. I am doing the WW lifestyle and looking for some support and willing to give some to others.

I am the mom of 4 kids.. 3 boys and 1 girl.

I started my WW plan 3 weeks ago and I lost only 4.5 lbs so far. I know its better than a gain. I am working hard to stay on track but 25 pts sometimes seems like nothing and other days its a lot. I think I have my mind set that its a diet and I am worried I will go hungry if I don't see any pts left. Ya know?

I am trying to get all my 8 healthy guidelines in but dairy has been an issue for me. I have a 6 oz yogurt, some cheese on my salad (about an oz) and my cereal milk but then get told by others on another board that doing that is not enough.. ugh.. I am not sure what else to do. So thats my biggest issue but all else is fine.. I am on track with oils, veggies and fruits .. water.. etc etc etc.

Recently I have startd walking at night but I do work part time and its hard to always have the time but I am doign my best.

I don't always use my FP but I know I should use at least 5 of them a day to help weight loss ..some say its better to use them.

Well thats all about me.

Thanks for reading if you got this far. LOL

Hi Linda,
and WELCOME!...I do not know much about ww but I believe there is a forum for that on this site...and I know how you feel when you say that sometimes it all seems soooo doable and then sooooo hard!..I am really trying to keep my spirits up and get through this and remember that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels ...how I would love to finally get skinny again!...so that is what I try to think about and the fact that I no longer have any clothes I really really like ... I am not sure what motivates you most...I know I should say health motivates me but really I just want to fit in my size 6 jeans again and then move on to size 4 ...good health would be great too though too!! but hang in there and there are a lot of great inspirational people here to help us get through this!
take care
sara

Hi everyone! I am new here too...only minutes old! I can tell already though that there is a lot of support here and I like it already! In the past 5 years, I have lost, gained, lost and am back at gained. This time I want to loose and stay that way! I have , within the past three months, lost somewhere around 20lbs. I am not qutie sure of that number, because I am not quite sure where i started, but a start is a start! Anyway, I wanted to say hi to everyone and let you all know that I am looking forward to making friends and to all the support that it seems I will get in reaching my weight loss goals!
