There are all kinds of ways to start a weight loss plan, but general consensus seems to be to change a few things, get used to them and then add some more. For example, try tallying your calories to see what you are actually eating. Try eliminating non-essentials like fast foods and lots of sugar. Drink more water, and eat more fiber. Walking is a FANTASTIC exercise and costs just a pair of good walking shoes. Come here often and read, read, read!
