Hello! I'm new...

  • Hi...I just joined this community and it's great! I am currently doing Curves and love it... a great way to get back into the whole "gym" thing

    I am doing the curves low carb diet too and I find that I am actually sticking to it!!!

    so far in my first month at curves and 3 weeks of diet, I am down 15 lbs...

    I get my official weight/measures on Wed so I'll have a better handle on inches lost...

    I look foward to chatting and getting tips from everyone!!!
  • Congratulations and welcome! You are doing great. I am a Curves member , too I find that diet an exercise together enhance the weight loss process. My Curves is on hold right now as I have a broken shoulder, but will be back as soon as I am able.
