just joined. found this site via a myspace page. happy to have found a forum that is just about weight loss. i would like to lose about 27 pounds or so. i've already made progress, just looking for some support and understanding along the way.-m

for the most part i'm just doing the simple thing of cutting calories and exercising a lot.-m
