For me, I needed to get in control of the calories I was eating more than anything else. I found that I was eating MANY more calories than I THOUGHT I was eating!
Find a plan that works, and don't be afraid to adjust it if it isn't meeting you needs. I have adjusted many, many times along my weight loss journey and expect I will need to continue changing things as I lose more weight, too. The body is often resistant to change!
