Hi ladies...

I am new to this kind of thing. I am 48 years old and have dieted for most of my life. It works for me for a while and then creeps back on. I have tried everything and anything over the years and have lost the same 100 pounds about four times!! I also have been hospitalized because of a "program" gone bad....so I am afraid to try the so called "centers" and "programs" any more....I have paid for help, counceling, hypnosis...still no surgery or wiring my jaws shut....although that sounds not so bad these days.....so I read about 3fatchicks in Oprah Magazine and thought I'd give it a try.

I am open for anything!!! Yell at me...scold me....just give me ideas that might work...I am thinking on Xenical....I have already done Meridia....and as I type, I am eating a piece of blueberry cheesecake....I am hopeless!

* WELCOME*I have been Xenical for a few weeks now. It works for me. I have changed nothing(I was eating weight watchers b4 and am now or try to) .The first two days I eat nothing but fruit and veg due to the fear of bad side effects. I have had a few bad side effects one involving a bag of crisps or two (NOT NICE) and now very dry hands (look like they belong to a 99year old lady not a 27year old).But so far I love it! I have to say it does put you off being naughty but as some one who wasn’t before (if I put my mind to it that is) it’s not a big deal! I'm loosing a lot more weight than before. You have come to the right place for help a support because every on here is friendly and honest.
