Something clicked tonight.
I am really really unhappy and need to sort this out, once and for all...

Hence why I am back... with an adjusted tracker to reflect that since the last time i tried to do this, i am 9lbs fatter... *sigh*

But, it is all going to be ok. As this time, I'm not *trying*, i AM going to do it.

As for who I am? I'm Alexandra, 18, and from NE England... I work in a callcentre - not the most condusive environment for a healthy food/exercise ratio [sitting on one's backside all day and idley munching on whatever goodies the god of the vending machine have bestowed on me hasn't helped my waistline!]...


I need to look in the mirror, accept that at only 18 i am over 21st and in a [uk] size 24 clothes... this must change.

I am new here also. I understand completely where you are coming from. I sit all day at my job too. While we don't have vending machines, I have gotten to intimately know the McDonalds right down the street. Sweet tea is the nectar of gods!
