Hi I'm new here too. I'm stuck so I've come here for some motivation to keep going. It would be way too easy to give up right now

I started on South Beach on 1/7/07 and I've lost 21 lbs so far. I've been stuck here for about 3 weeks though. I know what I need to do. I just have to DO it. Becoming a healthier person ain't for sissies.
