Hi, I just joined and am looking forward to meeting new people and gaining support on my weight loss journey. I turned 30 this year and decided it's time to really DO something about myself.

Welcome! I've been here 3 weeks and love it. I'll be 30 this year too and that was part of my motivation as well. This is a wonderful place for motivation, inspiration and support. Keep us posted on your progress!
