I just wanted to peek in and say hi!!! I ran across this site today and I wanted to say Hi since I joined it.. I am just looking for more encouragement as I try to lose the rest of the weight I am needing to loose and perhaps encourage someone else as I go.. I have been dieting for about a year and ahve lost 60ish pounds.. I see a nutrionist once a month and have manely just cut out my sugar, rice, potatos, flour, and no sweetner..
I have always been overweight alllllll my life and this by far as been the easiest diet...
I am 34 yrs old and been married to hubby for 15 years this year we have one son thats 9 years old...
