Hey people,
I'm Angela and I've come to you for help because I'm in quite a predicament. My boyfriend no longer finds me attractive and won't have sex with me anymore because of my weight. What can I do to win him back?!

Hi Angela, welcome to 3FC! We can't help you win back a boyfriend, but we can help you lose weight and hopefully feel better about yourself. That's what is most important, not what someone else thinks about you.

Are you currently on a diet?

Angela, welcome aboard 3FC you will find so much support and info here. As for the boyfriend problem, did he actually say the words "i'm not attracted to you because of your weight?" or is it his actions? I don't mean to sound judgmental but if that is his position, than do you really want to be with someone that superficial? YOU as a person are so much more than what you weigh or what you look like. Whatever you do, lose weight FOR YOU and not because ANY BOYFRIEND says you need to lose it! Losing weight is a personal thing, and it should be done FOR YOU!

I know that you want to keep this boyfriend, and I TOTALLY understand that, but what's next? "I'll be there for you IF you lose the weight?" Sorry. That just isn't good enough for me, and I HOPE it isn't good enough for you, either!

Lose the weight because YOU want to lose it. We're here for YOU!

First off, if he actually said then then you need to dump his butt asap. That said, if you want to lose weight and become healthy we are ALL here for ya. Just be sure that you want to do it for you and not for a guy.
