Cool Just Introducing myself..

Hi everyone,

Well it seems as if the year I spent losing 80 pounds has gone to waste. I recently gained it all back while on an anti-depressants..so here I am right back to my old ways. I'm currently following weight watchers. I'm not exercising weekly yet, i'm waiting until i've lost about 30 pounds to do that. I've tried working out, but I find I get too tired. Anyhow, I'm on here becuase I could really use the support to stay on track. Everyone in my house is so busy eating fatty foods, and it's extremely hard to stay on track without someone body to speak to who understands.

Look at it this way...you did it once...you can do it again!

Watch your calories, and measure foods so that you can really know how much is going in your body. Weigh yourself regularly, and before you know it, you will see progress!

Good luck in your journey; You WILL do it! Start out with small changes. Add some healthy foods to your diet... walk the dog (you don't have to do 10 miles/ a couple times around the block will do.) Baby steps...
