Hi everyone,
Well it seems as if the year I spent losing 80 pounds has gone to waste. I recently gained it all back while on an anti-depressants..so here I am right back to my old ways. I'm currently following weight watchers. I'm not exercising weekly yet, i'm waiting until i've lost about 30 pounds to do that. I've tried working out, but I find I get too tired. Anyhow, I'm on here becuase I could really use the support to stay on track. Everyone in my house is so busy eating fatty foods, and it's extremely hard to stay on track without someone body to speak to who understands.
