Hello! I am 30 years old, with 220 pounds. I am almost as fat as when I was pregnant. I've tried every pill in the market, althought I haven't tried hard enough. Today 02/27/07 I decided that I can not weight more 220. My father is comming to town to see me. He can not see me like that.
I want to be desired. I want to feel myself sexy again. (well, I've always been a little "big", but no hugh like now.
The funny thing is that sometimes you see someone with 130 pounds and she feels fat. I feel bad for my self. I love to eat Ice Cream. sweet things. Everytime that I get depress or with stress I eat and eat and I can not stop it!.
BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!!
My job is to be in front of a computer 10 hours per day. THat will change!!!
YOu will see it, and I will enjoy it.

Hi yanis!

Welcome! Try to think about reaching a small goal first...say five pounds. Before you know it you will be there and can reach for your next goal. That's what I have been doing. I want this weight off, and I never, never want it to return!

I am just two pounds from the Onederful place that folks on this site call "ONEderland". I haven't been there (weighing under 200 pounds) in over TWENTY YEARS! I took it a step at a time, fell back, picked myself up and kept going. I even had a very stressful part of my life where I was on this awful plateau for eight MONTHS.

Thanks to the great people here and their inspiring stories, suggestions, and support, I am DOING IT! I am reaching my goal! You can, too!
